Reviews and Ratings
I had a very spacious suite with two TVs and a mini snack bar where all items were free. The room could use a good clean, but overall, it was a comfortable stay. The hotel is near main areas, surrounded by many traditional and fast food restaurants and shops, making it convenient. The service was attentive, especially Christeen at Guest Services who was kind and helpful.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with warm colors and modern amenities, featuring incredibly comfortable beds. The cleanliness and size of the rooms are notable strengths. However, the dining experience could use more variety and freshness. The prime location close to important spots in Amman is a major advantage.
The hotel had some hits and misses. The rooms, though a bit small compared to the price paid, were well-equipped with complimentary water, snacks, and drinks. However, amenities like soap, dressing gown, and towels seemed tailored for single occupancy rather than the booked double. The service was top-notch, with extremely informative and polite staff members earning brownie points. The location was prime, ideal for both business travelers and tourists alike, being close to major landmarks in Amman. Dining offered a fair selection but could benefit from a more varied menu. Overall, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in certain areas.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, thanks to the excellent management and service provided by Fadi Abdo, Ala'a, Christean, and Hashim. The restaurant, managed by Mohammad and Grace, was fabulous, ensuring a cozy and relaxing experience.
The hotel room was a bit small but good enough to fit the kids' stuff. It was clean and spacious overall. However, it didn't meet my expectations in terms of value for money since it was placed on the first floor overlooking other rooms' windows making it dark with no external light.
My stay at the hotel was lovely; the rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was exceptionally helpful, and the location was convenient. However, the street noise could be heard with the windows closed. The hotel offered a great variety at breakfast but the room rate could be more competitive.
